When I received a message from one of the attendees of my wellness retreat telling me how life changing the experience had been I was truly surprised and humbled.

What had initially started out as an opportunity to take a group of patients to one of the world’s best retreat centres for some rest and relaxation had turned into an incredible journey of self discovery, aided and abetted by the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine.

We spent 6 wonderful days taking in the pure mountain air, drinking fresh spring water direct from the source and eating the most delicious food made with love. Swimming in the salt water pool, soothing our souls in the energy filled caves and gently moving our bodies during morning qi gong practice.

We ate together in the stunning outdoors, we laughed and shared life stories. Experienced acupuncture in a group setting and learnt meditation techniques.

I shared daily Chinese medicine wisdom to support our wellbeing. Including workshops on the Chinese clock, the framework that helps us make 1 day feel like 3!!! Plus, I taught everyone to read their Bazi chart and embody their signature energy.

None of this learning would have been any good if we didn’t effortlessly weave it into our days to eat, move, self care and sleep really, really well.
