Where to even start!
I could not be more proud of the Global DEI Conference we hosted through Ludo, along with 1 Business World. The learnings, the insights and the expansion of my knowledge was truly a gift. I feel beyond grateful for each and every speaker.
Each person gave their time to share their expert knowledge from around the world. We had speakers from Europe, UK, USA, India and Hong Kong. Focusing on DEI in our own market can by its very nature, restrict the work we do. Understanding the lens of DEI in a more global context helps all leaders see things from another perspective. The foundation of inclusion.
We know inclusion is the action when it comes to a strong DEI strategy, and our delegates, and attendees at the in person event left with actions! The purpose of the conference was to support all leaders to foster equity for success and I have no doubt we left everyone with active minds and plans to drive inclusion in their own individual circles of influence.
Special thanks to the Ludo team and the 1 Business World team for all the planning. Can’t wait until May when we do it all again! That’s right, we are planning the next one already. There is no stopping the collective force of change that is already a wave, that cannot and will not be held back, of change for a more inclusive world.
