As an Executive Coach my clients are from a variety of industries and sectors. My work is sector agnostic, and my coaching
style is outcome focused and committed to the client’s agenda; which means the client gets a clear sense of how they can
move forward. I work one-to-one with people. Warmth and compassion combined with challenge and guidance set my
coaching services apart. Giving my clients the time and space to think and reflect and come to their own solutions is also an
important part of my offering.
With almost 40 years’ experience working in financial services for a FTSE 100 business with over 50,000 employees, I love
developing individuals and organisations. To be a coach has been life changing; working with over 50 leaders, I have seen how
coaching can also be transformational for them.
For 7 years I have been an in-house coach for the NatWest Group and Coutts Private Bank and since April 2022 I have
focussed full time on my private coaching & mentoring practice.
I was honoured to be awarded WIBF Mentor of the month in May 2023.
