Transforming the working world for better

Break Up With Mum Guilt

Expectations on working mums are unsustainable.

We never feel “good enough” no matter what we do or how hard we try. Enter Mum guilt. Gnawing away at us 24/7; feeding off our desire to do a great job at home and at work, and locking us in a cycle of self-criticism and comparison.

We can’t lead with confidence and self-belief when it’s gnawing away at us 24/7.

It’s time to ditch the guilt. It’s run the show for long enough.

Join triplet mum and top 100 female entrepreneur, Leila Green, for a transformative workshop designed to shake off the guilt, stress and pressure of being a working mum.

The result? A kinder, calmer mindset and a culture that makes it easier for other mums in the organisation.

You will walk away with:

  • A mum-guilt-free mindset
  • Tools to quickly destress and reset when it feels overwhelming
  • The energy to perform at your very best

Length: 60 minutes

Leila Green bio

Leila Green has always been a driven high achiever. She’s an Oxford graduate and top 100 female entrepreneur. Her book publishing business meant everything to her until life threw her a curveball or three. In 2021, she fell naturally pregnant with triplets and everything shifted.

She had an intense introduction to motherhood, with very premature triplets in hospital for weeks. She had to dig deep into all the mindset, coaching and spiritual ideas she’d learned to get her through that tough period. Yet, within 3 months of motherhood, she reached a point of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion and took radical action to break up with mum guilt. She now shares the action she took in a simple 4-step model.

She runs empowering events on breaking up with mum guilt, and is frequently featured in the national press (BBC, The Guardian, The Metro, The i, The Daily Mail, Stylist).

She has built the F*** Mum Guilt Movement, a free community of mums who are saying “no” to being self-sacrificing martyrs and “yes” to looking after themselves unapologetically.

She is 41 and lives in Beckenham, South London, with her husband, James, triplets, Rafa, Jerry and Frankie and whippet, Wilbur.Follow her on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/leilagreen/ or sign up for her weekly Mama Mag: https://www.leilagreen.com/mama-mag
