Kevin Bazeley

The one and only career I had ever truly wanted was ended by the RAF because of a policy based on prejudice & discrimination for something that was completely beyond my control.

Years of training & hard work, with millions of pounds spent to get me to a squadron were for nothing because I was gay.

I was outed, humiliated, abandoned, discharged. Rejected by the RAF, I was forced to forge a new career. I did that, but I used my experience of being thrown out to make change where I worked within Affinity Networks & Employee Resource Groups.

Bettering the understanding of those I worked with and helping create an environment where people were able to be true to themselves became my passion. I have recently taken that to the next level setting myself up in business to take those skills and that enthusiasm to a wider audience.

And that is what I offer you, lived experience and passion to make your workplace a better, more inclusive environment. Where everyone feels included, welcomed and that they belong.
