Ludo partner The Female Curve invited me to work with one of their coaches, Sophie, and go through the program. It is always a total joy to learn more about our partners, as I love to dive into the opportunities we offer Ludo clients, and their employees.
I am at the start of my perimenopausal journey, with symptoms that began to kick in early this year. I have always been into my fitness and have a relatively good handle on my nutrition, and I am fully aware I have so much to learn. I have realised over the years that what has worked in the past, can shift and change. We evolve through our hormonal journey in life as women, and leveling up feels like the best investment to feel good from the inside out.
Working with a coach to help me manage the hormone fluctuations has been brilliant! The Coaching programme is at the heart of what they do. Sophie is a total joy to work with and puts up with my moaning about my terrible, the latest symptom in my perimenopausal journey. Her knowledge is exceptional and she is never without a good suggestion!
The Female Curve say:
“Our mission is to help women understand their bodies and show them how to optimise their lifestyles by creating a solid foundation of balanced nutrition, exercise, sleep & stress.
Whether you want to reduce PMS or Perimenopause symptoms, improve energy & fitness levels or reach your aesthetic goals, you’ve come to the right place! Backed by the latest in women’s health research, we design a programme that gives you real and sustainable results.
You will be supported by your personalised coach throughout and kept accountable during weekly check-in calls, to help monitor your progress and help you stay on track for a total of 12 weeks! Having a coach to guide you through our female health programmes can be immensely valuable for your overall well-being. These coaches play a pivotal role in helping you understand the nuances of your own unique cycle and tailor your programme to your specific needs and lifestyle.”
I am really enjoying the regular calls, the goals we agree each week, logging my nutrition and sharing how my perimenopausal symptoms are impacting me. The suggestions are helpful and accessible and my lifestyle, workload and stress levels as a Founder are taken into consideration.
